Agent/Broker Working in Commercial Real Estate Since 2001

Realtor Associate, Janet Cobbel, a McKinney native, joined the RES team in 1993 beginning as Broker Assistant and office manager and has since worked in all aspects of the real estate business. In addition, she has served consecutive terms on the McKinney Community Block Grant Development Commission (CDBG) since it's inseption in 2003 as a member, Vice-Chairperson and is immediate past Chair. She is also currently serving on the McKinney Chamber of Commerce Young Professioals Advisory Committee.

Janet further is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (Young Real Estate Professionals), National Association of Realtors, Collin County Association of Realtors, North Texas Urban Land Institute (ULI), McKinney Chamber of Commerce and she is a candidate for Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).

Janet is well versed in all aspects of real estate including: commercial, investment, farm & ranch, Development opportunity, and 1031 exchange properties.
